This website provides general information and premium services for myUSBcloud, operated by Tim Hopkins and Paul Clark. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, nor for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites linked to from this site. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The myUSBdrive software is provided free of charge for personal use on your local network. You may install and use it on your Raspberry Pi to access files locally without any subscription fees.  The software is licensed, not sold, and remains the intellectual property of its creator.

PAID SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES:
Certain areas of this website offer access to premium services on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

Payments & Third-Party Processors:
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to also be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. While we use industry-standard secure services, myUSBcloud (Tim Hopkins and Paul Clark) is not liable for any errors, technical issues, or security breaches that occur on the third-party processor's platform. We do not at any point see or store your credit card or financial information.

Right to Cancel:
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. Where digital content or services are made available immediately, you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply of such content during the cancellation period and to acknowledge that, once access has begun, your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund will be waived.

Service Availability:
While we strive for consistent uptime, subscription services are provided on an "as available" basis. We accept no liability for temporary service interruptions or technical downtime.

Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
